Wires and Wood Rates:

Private Parties 1 - 4 hours - $750.00

Festival Breakdown -

• (1) 45 minute set - $750.00


• (2) 45 minute sets same venue - $1000.00


• (3 or more) 45 minute sets, multi-venue - $1500.00

The above rates include the first fifty (50) miles of driving distance. After the first fifty (50) miles an additional fifty (.50) per mile will be added to the above rate to calculate the final remuneration amount per show. Wires and Wood is based in Bristol, TN/VA so all trip totals will begin and end there.

If Wires and Wood is required to supply sound (amplification) and additional fifty (50.00) dollars will be added to the total contract price.

If overnight stay is required The Host will supply accommodations ample enough to comfortably sleep the five (5) band members. Any guests traveling with the band will be responsible for their own accommodations.
